I. EXECUTIVE OVERVIEW
First Bank of Jacksonville recognizes the importance of respecting
the privacy of our customers. We want to assure you that
any information that First Bank of Jacksonville gathers will be used
for its own business needs. We believe that your privacy should
not be compromised. At the same time, we want to offer you
the array of financial products and services you need to accomplish
your financial goals. First Bank of Jacksonville will not sell
or share any information that we learn about you, other than as described,
and First Bank of Jacksonville will only gather information it needs
to better serve you.
First Bank of Jacksonville realizes the importance of security on
the Internet. We have Internet security standards and procedures
in place to protect against unauthorized disclosure of information
or access to information about you from our website. In addition,
we limit employee access to personally identifiable information to
those employees who have a business purpose for having access to

III. CUSTOMER BENEFITS
We may request additional financial
information in order to provide you
credit. In addition, we may request
information that helps us keep your
account secure. We use the information
you give us to optimize the financial
services we offer, to evaluate your
creditworthiness and to help prevent
fraud. We will not be able
to process your application if you
do not provide us with the information
requested on the application.
As a part of an application for credit
or for the establishment of an account,
you expressly authorize us to obtain
a credit bureau report for our use
in evaluating your application, and
subsequently in connection with our
periodic review of your account relationship(s)
with us; in connection with a requested
change to your account(s); in connection
to a change in your credit line; or
in connection to the renewal of your
account. Each application
for a bank product will disclose that
we are obtaining a credit report as
part of our evaluation of the application. The
credit report contains information
about your credit history and is one
of the tools we use to protect you. As
discussed below, you have certain rights
regarding your credit bureau reports.
Depending on the credit product for
which you apply, we may request additional
authorizations to obtain information,
such as confirmation of employment.
IV. COMMUNICATIONS WITH FIRST
BANK OF JACKSONVILLE
Upon opening an account, we track
your transactions including where and
how you access and use the account
in order to prepare your monthly statement
and to protect against fraudulent use
of the account. This allows us
to provide consistent quality service. We
continually strive to maintain complete
and accurate information about your
accounts. Should you ever believe
that our records contain inaccurate
or incomplete information about you,
please notify us as soon as possible
and we will investigate your concerns.

Customer Needs
First Bank of Jacksonville is always
looking for opportunities to provide
value to our customers by making services
available that the customer may need. When
we identify an opportunity, we may
communicate with customers who may
be interested in the services. We utilize
the following methods:
Monthly Statements, Internet Banking,
Direct Mail, Emails or Telemarketing
Third party processors or providers
may be enlisted on our behalf for promoting
financial products. We require
that these third parties hold the information
we provide in the strictest confidence. The
third party cannot use the list for
any purpose other than the particular
offer of goods or services for which
information has been provided.
C. Use of Credit Bureaus
Like most, if not all banks, First
Bank of Jacksonville shares our experience
with you with the credit bureaus. Our
reporting to credit bureaus is governed
by the Fair Credit Reporting Act and
the Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction
Act. Under these acts you have
the right to make sure that your credit
bureau reports are correct and accurate.
D. Lawful Request by a Court, Government
or Regulatory Agency
We will disclose your personal information
in response to a lawful request issued
by a court, government agency, or regulatory
authority with jurisdiction to make
the request.
VII. LIMITATIONS
A. Employee Access
Each staff member employed by First
Bank of Jacksonville is required to
follow our Company’s Code of
Conduct, which states that all customer
information is considered private and
privileged and is to be used solely
for the purpose of providing you with
the finest service available.
B. Protection of Information via
Established Security Procedures
First Bank of Jacksonville is committed
to the security of your financial and
personal information. All of
our operation and data processing systems
are in a secure environment that protects
your account information from being
accessed by third parties. We
maintain and grant access to customer
information only in accordance with
our internal security standards. Standard
Internet email is not a secure way
to send personal information. First
Bank of Jacksonville’s Internet
Banking offers secure messaging with
encryption.
VIII. CREDIT BUREAUS
Credit Bureaus are private organizations
that compile your credit history and
make that information available to
lenders to assess potential borrowers’ creditworthiness. We
provide the credit bureaus with information
regarding the status of your account. You

IX. MARKETING TO CHILDREN
First Bank of Jacksonville does not
market products to children under the
age of 18, nor do we solicit personal
information from children.
X. Opting Out
Since we do not disclose non-public
personal information to nonaffiliated
third parties, except as permitted
by law, it will not be necessary for
you to contact the bank concerning
opting out of information sharing.
XI. ACCESS TO MY INFORMATION

you have a question about your account,

you become aware of the possible problem. We
must hear from you no later than 60
days after we sent you the first bill
or statement on which the error or
problem appeared. You can telephone
us but doing so will not preserve your
